Who we are

Jadwal is an independent tool made by a student to help Princess Sumaya University for Technology students plan their semesters. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the university.

What we collect

Account: your email, the name and profile picture Google provides when you sign in, your student number if you sign in with your PSUT email, and when you accepted this policy.

Planning: the courses and sections you choose and your schedule builder preferences.

Study plan: your major and plan version, the credit hours you have passed, the courses in your plan, the status of each (passed, taking now, not taken), when you took them and their prerequisites. No marks, no average and not the student number printed on the plan.

Payments: amount, reference code, when you submitted and when we reviewed, and the decision with its reason. Your receipt screenshot is kept only until we review it, then deleted. The reviewer's computer reads the screenshot automatically to check the amount, recipient and date; we keep only the result of that check, the receipt date, the bank's transaction number and a digital fingerprint of the image (not the image), so the same receipt cannot be used for two accounts.

What stays on your device

Your study plan PDF is read inside your browser. Your marks, your average and the file itself are never sent to our servers.

The course data we show comes from the university's public schedule and is not personal data.

Why we use it

To run the service: saving your schedule and plan and syncing them between your devices, checking payments and giving access, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase in Ireland (EU), and the site is hosted by Vercel on servers around the world. This means your data is stored outside Jordan, which you agreed to when you created your account.

We only share your data with these providers to run the service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Receipt screenshots are deleted after review. The bank transaction number and the image fingerprint stay after you delete your account, without anything that identifies you, to stop the receipt being reused. When you delete your account we keep a record of approved payments (amount, reference, dates) without anything that identifies you, because the law requires a record of income.

Your rights

You can see your data and ask us to correct it, and you can withdraw your consent by deleting your account and all your data at any time from the Account page. For anything else, contact us.

We process your data under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies only to keep you signed in, and we store your selections and study plan in your browser. We use no trackers and no advertising.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and ask for your consent where needed.
